Refund Policy for PassByte Me

At PassByte Me!, we strive to ensure that our food ordering services meet your expectations. However, we understand that issues can arise. Our refund policy is designed to clarify the circumstances under which we may offer refunds and the process for initiating a refund request.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your order without penalty up until the restaurant has accepted your order. Once your order is accepted by the restaurant, it cannot be cancelled by you. If you have an issue with your order after acceptance, please contact us via WhatsApp at +1-(758)-713-1343.
  • Merchant-Initiated Cancellation: If for any reason the restaurant cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp and issue a full refund to the original method of payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive food that is different from your order on our platform, we encourage you to contact the restaurant directly to arrange an exchange or refund. If the issue cannot be resolved with the restaurant, please contact our support team within 2 hours of order delivery.
  • Missing Items: If your order is missing items, please contact the restaurant directly to report the issue. If the restaurant cannot provide a satisfactory resolution, contact our support team within 2 hours of order delivery for a partial refund of the missing items.
  • Poor Food Quality: We take concerns about food quality very seriously. While we do not control the food prepared by the restaurants, we can mediate to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order if you face issues with food quality.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order, please inform us within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time. We will verify the issue with the restaurant and delivery service to determine the cause of the problem and process a refund if warranted.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and explain the issue in detail.
  • Include photographic evidence if the issue relates to incorrect orders or poor food quality.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will investigate the issue with the restaurant and respond within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (usually 5 to 10 business days).
